Cleaning off gunk on PCB?

I picked up a used module and it works and sounds great, but it has some gunk on part of the main circuit board. Looks like a little coffee/beer/soda or something might have gotten spilled on it. Like I said, doesn't seem to have hurt anything, but would like to get rid of it.

Any suggestions on what I can use to clean it off without destroying the circuit board or components???

Q tip and goof off. Then use other end to wipe off excess goof off till gone!
