Columbus footswitch trouble.

I have been having an issue where my Columbus footswitch shuts off when trying to switch channels and will either reboot up again or will shut off completely. Any suggestions in what to do?? I can't play live and have some great shows coming up real soon! Thanks for reading, Rig-talk forums are always a big help.
