Bought it for delays, verbs and choruses so i don't need the preamp-section of the unit or ODs. Anyone here knows how to connect the unit into the FX loop, or do i have to use it in front of my amp?

Manual didn't mention anything about it at least. Some forums say that it should be possible, but i haven't found out yet how.

Go into loop, go into the menu, it's there somewhere. I use my GT1 just for mod and delay. Works great. There is a bypass preamp spot in there somewhere that allows for it to be in the loop only.

in what way have you routed the GT-1 to your amp? Which cable goes where etc?

Probably send of amp to GT input, GT output to amp's return.

Just into the send and return of the loop. Read the manual a little it shows how you can change the mode to make it function just as it would for a loop.

The manual doesn't mention anything about which cable goes where if you wish to use it with the fx loop.
