Hey, here's my pedalboard at this moment, which features a pre-amp section and an FX loop section (signal flow below).

Setup
- 2015 Pedaltrain Junior
- Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2+
- Peavey 6505+
- Gibson Les Paul Studio Platinum.

I'm playing heavy, tight riffs; searing lead; and digital-type sounds, as I'm working with a drum & bass producer.

We're about to start on a new contract for a sports brand, following which we're planning a live set, so I want a simple, effective and clean signal path.

Please review and critique my signal flow and setup - this must be great.

I've ordered two TBP switches and would like to add reverb and pitch-shift (considering EHX Holy Grail Neo and EHX PitchFork, mounted horizontally).

Here's where they'd fit, using paper shapes!

And here's my signal chain, factoring in the two prospective pedals and TBP switches (made using LucidChart).

My main concern has been cleaning my main rhythm tone, hence the red loop, to pull out three known noisy pedals.

Great, as my chain will then go TU3-Decimator-TBP switch-Spark-Amp - which is nice and neat, so we should have a clear rhythm tone.

However, that red switch for lead work will bring some serious noise into the flow.. so I'm interested in getting a TBP mod on the 535Q - any other suggestions welcome!

The blue loop is there as I keep the EQ and Decimator on most of the time for rhythm work, wheres delay and reverb are used more sparingly.

Once the two TBP switches arrive, I'll own everything except the Holy Grail Neo and Pitchfork.. good choices?

I may upgrade the DD6 to a DD7, as I'd like tap tempo (I'd have the TT switch on the floor).

Any other critique and ideas will be appreciated!

It seems to me you have some great pedals but not much flexibility. If you only use 2-3 sounds then ignore me, but I'm concerned it doesn't allow you to easily change things on the fly.

Not sue of budget but you're getting close to a switching system need. Perhaps the new Boss pedal switcher might make things easier for you. Just something to consider

What sort of changes are you thinking of?

My playing's very focused, particularly in regards to our upcoming project, which is very heavy; and I want to keep my setup simple, but logical.
