How can a amp like the R30 run 4 tubes rated at 12 watts each at max which is about 48 watts only get 30watts ?
I do not have a oscilloscope too test , but I know the plate volts are 375-379 which is high as you want with these 6v6/el84 tubes.
You would have too put the tube mix control at noon too test it.
Maybe Bruce will read and reply , he knows full well since he designed it and set the specs.
Anybody run a test let me know , I found my bias drifted up over time and I red-plated a tube .
Those little trim bias pots need too be checked , I smoked a tube 3 times over 5.5 years since 2012
