Custom/Boutique Guitar Makers... Mockingbird body style?

Hi, I'm interested in getting a high end guitar with a Mockingbird body style.

My problem with BC Rich is that they have lots of really cheap stuff (bronze/platinum/etc)... then medium grade (NJ/exotic classic/etc, $700-800 price level) and then suddenly... jump up to custom handmade pricing around $4000.

I mean... sure they look nice as hell:

But on the other hand, for that price level (or even a bit less), I could get a custom guitar with a better fit neck profile, choice in wood, hardware, electronics, more personalized styling, etc.

So the question is... does anyone know any custom shops or boutique guitar makers that can do a Mockingbird style guitar?

whatever you do, go neck thru, that is what makes BCR mockingbirds cool

Also there is the Calibre series Czech made.

I have a couple made in Korea mockingbirds and I'm impressed with the quality. Some of the pots are bunk and the pickups dont do anything for me.

I intsalled a RS Upgrade kit (pots, toggle, output jack, wire) as well as pickups, great player for a decent price

Also have a Special X that I put Duncans, anothergreat player
