Bought from Ho way back, only 8 of these were ever made. My setup 50 watt plexi 2 cabs and lexicon 70 and this unit. Its never had any problems going on 20 years. Its made for 50 watt amps. I can explain how it works to buyer but the pics are self explanatory. It has 2 footswitchable volume channels/ wet dry mix for the wet side send return for efx aux plug and plexi mode switch/fan switch. $175 plus actual shipping pp/ff. transparent being true to your amps tone.

Hooked it all up and works like its supposed, I got it in 2004 and used it gigging for 6-7 years
 
You just had to show the cock with the back side of your Ho didn't you?
