that rack interface has a passive split to send the signal to 3 fx units, which tie into a mixer and return a stereo signal (the guy was using splitter cables for each one before (messy).. it also has a built in buffer/splitter (1in/3out).
i've also got a circuit that can be remotely controlled to decrease volume, silent tune that can be built into the interface.. anything is really possible with a rack interface.
Thanks Casey. So rather than having to find half a dozen jacks on various pieces of rack equipment inside the rack, you've got 'em all lined in one central spot. So does the back of the interface just have cable hardwired to the female jack that runs to the gear with a normal 1/4" jack at the other end of the cable? And then that jack stays plugged in?
