I recieved a phone call from John yesterday checking in with me to make sure that I was happy with what they had done to my Rebel 30 and that all was well. Now how great is that?

Here we can pose questions and concerns about our amps and Bruce does a great job of trying to give us answers, solutions, help. And now I get a follow up phone call.....I can't think of any other company I have ever dealt with that I have gotten a follow up phone call or where the owner, design guru, headman in charge, is so accessible and out on the front lines.

That's great.

I will be the first to say that I have given Egnater a little flack for the lack of news on the modular forefront, but I am glad to see Bruce chiming in and helping out folks on this board when he can be doing about 100 other things.

Happy customers = Happy company.

It will be close to the end of the year before we finish updating the "new" modular line. Still building MOD50s and modules.
 
Thanks to Nate for the help with my Tweaker, very nice and helpful...
Now, wait for new modular series or buy current production???
