D/D vs T/D (or TWIN)

I currently have the DLX dual module (labeled 'DLX' before it was referred to as 'D/D' later). I like it fine, but thinking about the TWIN or T/D module since I play CLEAN when I play 'clean'. I like the little bit of grit/chime that Channel A of the VX module can provide with the gain dialed back, but would like that tight, bouncy/responsive clean that my Super Reverb RI head/2x12 cab provides.

Would the TWIN or T/D get me there? It also seems like the DLX has more midrange than I would think something Blackface-inspired would have.

Where are you located.

I have a T/T, and it's too clean for me. Like, 100% clean.

I would be down for a straight trade. I'm pretty sure it's mint. I could double check when I get home.
