d-moll issue...

got a d-moll 3 weeks old the parallel effects loop is not working...? how can this be? any ideas looking for a very quick fix on a 3k$ amp...

Did you just pick this up from a member on here? did you try the loop before paying for it? Did it work?
It is under warranty for a year I think

no original owner...hadnt tried the parallel loop till now ...series
works fine..
