Hello Peter,

are you guys planning on having a USA office or representation anytime soon? Customer service and sales support is rather tedious with your German office considering the time difference and lagging response time.

You guys make the best product out there and it needs to be backed up with the proper customer service in the US. :)

Cheers,

John Khoo

Dear John,

time difference is no problem, we work late in the night.
We have some good service centers and are searching for
more options in more states.

Thanks for the kind words,

Peter

Peter had reccomended to me to try Schroeder Guitar Repair/Audio Inc. for service on my Diezel amps.
http://www.schroederaudioinc.com/news/

As always, his recomendation was stunningly spot on. They have worked on, and continue to work on Diezel amps, and possess a terrific knowledge and understanding of what Peter wants done when he is not looking at an amp at his desk in Germany.

I recently had returned, two of my Diezels from Schroeder, and the amps were done wonderfully, did not have new dings, scratches, or other marks on them done as a result of shoddy or careless handling and were packed thoroughly professionally from Schroeder. I cannot reccomend them enough as a result of Peter's referal for work needing to be done within the United States. The amps internally looked as if they were done in Bad Steben. And we all know that Bad Steben is the standard by which everything else world-wide is judged. We do all know this, right?! :gethim: :poke: Right! :D :salute:

not trying to be a prick...but maybe you should read thru some threads on the forum. 98% of issues can be solved with the help from all of us ( and Papa even chimes in too!!) I can think of at least 10 diff guys who are quite "in the know" and very helpful anytime. And if something cant be fixed within then Papa can help.

I have had hardly any issues with my Diezels. When i did..it was usually something very simple. We are all here to help!! So check it out!!

And Papa....GET SOME SLEEP!!

Thanks for the reply, Peter. I have a business and am talking about business support. I would not carry your fine amplifiers unless there is a US representative for your company or a distributor we can deal with. The time difference is an issue, so are logistics. I would need a person I can talk to at US times and could meet face to face when needed.
Please post a message on your website or this Forum when you have a US representation. I would then be interested in doing business with you.

Thank you

As far as I know from speaking with Peter Stapher at NAMM, Diezel is going with 3 to 4 solid USA dealers of which I am one of them and consolidating the USA market.

Did Terry disappear off the face of the earth or just change his username?

I think Brad has only banned one member. Maybe it was Terry. Either him or Carl.
