For shits and giggles that is. I have been screwing with using a little bit of delay lately, and its been kinda fun. I am kinda lazy with programming stuff these days, but if I can get a few patches together and switch in and out individual fx, and it sounds good I'll be happy. I hate scrolling though menus and tweeking LOL.

Thats why I still use an old Alesis Quadraverb....Little chorus and delay is all I ever need.....and I'm kinda really impatient with learning curves...

The Nova system is the new unit that is a step down from
the G-System,right? I've seen these online and in some of the
mail catalogs....They really hype up the analog overdrive and
distortion sounds in the unit, but here's my question on these:
Can the overdrive/ distortion patches be totally bypassed if
you like the tone of the amp you play and just want to use it
for the effects alone?? Some units will do this, others won't,but
I've gotta believe as hip as the TC products always are that
this is possible....any users have experience in this?

I got the Nova delay. Great unit that works in the loop and doesn't suck any tone at all.

Hey Dan, I got dibs ok? :D

Nice!

I was reading about that unit the other day, seems like a great all in one solution.

I really thought about getting one of these. Instead, I opted to get individual pedals instead. I have the delay and reverb and will get the mod pedal. I really, really hate, scrolling through menus and tweek. I've owned alot of multi-effects units and have always lacked the patience to learn how to use them.

There is a line input which bypasses the analog drive section. Thats the way I intend on using it. I am planning on plopping it on my board in the loop. I have my OD's/wah/compressor out in front of the amp.

I know what ya mean. I hate wanting to tweek something in a unit and having to scroll through a bunch of other fx parameters to get there. It looks like this will be a little nicer in that way than my old rack FX. Should be here tomorrow, and I look forward to trying it out. Worst case, I send it back.

Oh well, guess I will have to wait another day. Shipped to the wrong zip code:(
