This was one of my fav guitars (even though the Takeuchi Floyd sucks), but a couple years ago or so I took it apart to install a Gotoh 1996T but the posts for the Gotoh are too big and didn't want to drill out the body, so it just sat and sat in its case. Well, today I decided to put the original hardware back in it so I can at least play it. And dammit, wouldn't you know there is a bad fret buzz on the 14th fret on like 3 or 4 of the strings....which sucks, since that's prime licks/solo territory 
I'll probably pick up a tremblocker to basically lock the Floyd so I'll at least have a stable crappy bridge.
I guess I'm going to have to just finally get myself a straight edge and fret rocker and some other tools and do my own fret jobs. Anyway, the Black Winter in the bridge and Jazz in the neck sound great together. I've always found the Black Winter isn't really that super hot of a pickup and can be used for many other styles, though it's pigeonholed as a metal only pickup.
