I will ship to anyone willing to pay to have a cab packed and shipped. I don't have shipping boxes for these cabs.

As for building, been there, done that, got frustrated with the sound (not the quality, as I went far and beyond on quality), and putting on tolex is a pain in the ass.
Plus unless you are known in the industry, the cab you build will have no resale value.
