Tubes all test NOS on my tester at 4900-5100 microhmhos. Negative for shorts and gas. All tested for bias in same amp at 480 pv. PM your interest.

Sylvanias are very different. They are clearer, tighter and have more definition/ clarity. Winged C’s have more midrange and won’t sound as clear. FWIW, I like Winged C’s.
