Demo I did a while back using my Friedman BE. My company "commissioned" me to write the theme song to our national sales meeting and already had a song title for me to work from...so don't get too hung up on the lyrics....Anyway, the Friedman tracked nicely IMO.

 Yeah man, sounded nice and clean! Pretty killer production, and yes, the amp tracked great.

Thanks.....I have heard a lot of high gain clips of the BE.....this is just a sample of how the amp can sound set up for more moderate gain.

Well done. Sounds great. Very nice production. A little Ian Astbury flavor on the vocal, which is a good thing...

Good catch....the singer definitely grew up on some Cult

Love me some Cult! What is your signal chain on this recording?

'02 R8 with Aldrich pickups straight into a 100w Friedman BE double tracked. A little delay and reverb added at the board for the E-bow part.

The Friedman was set up w/o the C45 or Sat engaged btw. I was trying to get the amp sounding as "raw" as possible

Sounds pretty good man. Nice work. What did you use for mic and signal path?

I am not exactly sure about all of the mics. I know there was a SM57 involved for certain and few other "studio-ish" mics placed in strategic positions. I have never really payed that close attention to mics other than 57's for guitar, so the other's used elude me. Other than that, straight to a Neve console.
