Diezel 4x12 rear loaded v30s and eminence?

So I have found a used Diezel 4x12 that is rear loaded , the owner says the speakers are v30s and eminence? In a cross pattern? Looks like it's a salt and pepper grill...anyone know about these and how they might play with my VH4?

Any info would be appreciated before I make the purchase...
