That’s awesome! None of my kids care to learn guitar sadly. But they are into other positive hobbies at least

My son is really getting into atm , I really love it . I don’t think he realizes how lucky he is to have all this gear around lol
that is so awesome. My sons both play instruments, and are musically inclined, but could care less about guitar. One sings in HS choir and plays violin, and the other plays sax in HS band and plays piano in his spare time. They both have instruments they like to play in their spare time, so they have no interest. I don't think they realize the gear bonanza they will have if they take an interest.

My son is a late starter , so you still have time , I didn’t push him . Just kinda keep flying the idea : like check out my guitars

I’m a guitar teacher as you know but he don’t really like me teaching him science I’m dad . But we have some moments when I let him play my gear
that is pretty awesome. I can help them with their AP courses in math and science, but that's about it. They always look shocked about it too, lol. In music, they have already far surpassed me. They can both read music fluently, and the singer has perfect pitch. I don't know how he got it, neither of his parents have it, and we never tried to teach it to him. :dunno:
