Ok...I have reverb and a 6 band eq...

Should they go parralell or series?

id go serial....unless you want a dry mix blending with your wet.

The EQ has to go into the serial loop. Doesn't really make sense to put an EQ only on parts of the signal, though i might be interesting to find out what it sounds like :)

The reverb can go serial as well as parallel. Try what you like best.

These are classic examples for fx use:

eq in serial loop
reverb in parallel

Like said before, you could put both of them in the serial loop for less cabling hassle and blend in the effect level of your reverb. Experiment with the order, though.

And I should set my serial mix level at 100% right?

If you use the reverb in the parallel loop then yes, 100% effect and use the amp's mix pot to blend it in.

Serial means the whole signal passes through it, not just partly like in the parallel loop. Hence there's no level pot for the serial loop.
