hey buddys, im gonna buy myself an einstein next week(if peter managed to get cases and send them to cologne ) . my problem is that my marshall box has 15 and not 16 ohm. what do i do now???? can i still connect the box with the 16 ohm input or do i have to buy a new box,too? i once had an old marshall jmp and connected it with the 16 ohm slot, but now i dont want to risk that my einstein could be broken. thanks, flow

You should be more than fine with the 15ohm cabinet.

Use the 16Ohm out on Einstein.

1 Ohm really won't make a differance. Those old cabs were all 15 ohm cabs, but the OT transformer primaries (For british amps at any rate) were always 4,8,and 16 ohms, with a few exceptions having 32 ohm, and 100v line taps.

thx for the answers, i just opened the box and figured out that it s equipped with 4 celestion g12h speakers. everyone having an impendance of 16 ohm. so the sticker on the box wasnt right.
