Does anybody know if a diezel 412 on mono 8ohm be running two cones or all four cones speaker?

Depends on year here in the US, I’ve owned an older FL412 that had 8 ohm speakers and was 8 ohm mono/ 16 ohm stereo. If your cab says 8 ohm mono it’s running all 4 speakers when connected to that jack.

Newer cabs here in the US are opposite, 16 ohm speakers so 16 ohm mono, 8 ohm stereo (2 speakers).

Hope that helps?

The mono 8 ohm input connects all four speakers.

I guess a regular standard 412 equipped with 16ohm speakers connects a series parallel that goes 8ohm mono for two speakers and 16ohm stereo all 4 speakers...

I wonder how much difference will a 412 on mono activating two speaker cones vs a standard 212 ? Considering the 412 is in a larger enclosure and essentially it moves more air inside the cabinet.... how will such characteristic impact on tone? Or how will a cabinet sound comparing two speakers cabinet one inside a larger enclosure?
