Diezel FX Loop

Man, it is great to have an amp back like the VH4 with an awesome FX loop. Peter's loop design is second to none. It just doesn't get any better than the switchable Send 2 and Parallel Return for send level control and controlling mix levels. Not to mention, there is no other amp that I know of with the channel inserts and they are ingenious! The TC2290 and the VH4 make me want to do weird stuff

What I was thinking about is to use the Channelinserts as a second Volume for each channel. The idea is to add a volumepoti in the channelinsert that reduces the volume when the channeliners is active. And when you switch the channelinsert off, you´ll have a solo volume. What do you think about this? What type of potis will i need? Peter?

Yeah, having the V back in the rack, soothes all my GAS. Its just an easy amp to thoroughly bond with, on several levels. Maybe its the tightness and articulate tone across all the channels that does it, or the fact that I don't have to make it sound like something else or compare it, since it is unique. And, its cool as well!

...cannot agree more on the VH4 effects loop, it's simply AWESOME!!!!!
