By far my favorite clip from you. Seriously. Love it. Tone-wise, it's good. I love mids and this clip has some miiiiiidz. Thank you! As far as song-writing goes, I think it'd be really sweet of the heavier part faded in and built up slowly underneath the clean, groove-oriented opening. It would allow you to build the atmosphere a little more. I'm a huge Tool fan and I guess it would make the track a bit more progressive (I don't know if you like that shit, though). For example, Tool's "Triad."

If it's a full song, I'd love to hear it.

it's just a 1x12 ??

The clean is very dry (in a good way) the distorted part I like a lil more "spongier" if that makes any sence, but it sounds good.

I was working with that beginning part for a song & then didn't like it, so I just recorded some riffs after it for a clip.

You like more ceramic or alnico V warpig?

I'm having a huge ceramic warpig period. Pretty much ceramic warpig bridge & ceramic afwayu neck (bridge) has become exclusive combo for me.

Yes, the Herbert & 1 side of the VH4S had loads on them, masters all the way down. I went from Herbert's send to VH4S' parallel return & mixed both, like a plexi, & used one side of the VH4S as a power amp to feed the mesa 1x12 with combined preamp signal.

This way I can mix 2 amps without dealing with several mics. You can tell I'm lazy. :D
