Diezel Herbert + Digitech 2120? recommendable? or not.

I have the opportunity to buy the 2120 Digitech but I dont know is recommendable, only for the FX is my idea.

Suggestion please!!

i wouldent use digitech products other than the whammy on any quality tube amp. they just sound bad to me.

do it. but be prepared to tweak a lot, specially the levels - it has a lot of parameters just on levels. don't rely on the manual and do your own research, it will be worth it. they may not be on par with some stuff thats been mentioned, but it can also be a decent preamp and they aren't that expensive on ebay. don't use the serial loops because it does change the tone a bit. use the parallel loops. sounds 100 times better on a wet/dry/wet setup.
