Diezel repair in Boston, Ma, USA?

I just bought a 2001 VH4 and am wondering if anyone knows a recommended Diezel repair tech in the area. I have a good amp the, but is it recommended that I use a known Diezel tech for checks and repairs? The amp has no known issues (I haven't tried it, yet) but I was thinking about having someone make sure that the 6550 tubes are biased at around 60 to preserve tube life.

Also, would it be hard to get the proper instruments/tools and learn how to bias it myself?
 
We don´t recommend the 6550´s.

Unfortunately, that was what my amp came with. I am thinking about going with either all SED EL34 or half EL34 and half SED6L6GC or TAD 6L6WGC-STR
