There is a settings chart in this thread. I tried alot of them but I always go back and tweak a little more to my tastes. I'd just start a noon and adjust slightly until you find the sound your looking for.

I don´t wanna offend you but...well...since u got a Herbert, isn´t that Diezel trademark sound enough?
No matter what setting I use on mine it always sounds like a Diezel.
I had a lot of amps over the last four or five years and the Herbert´s sound is unique. No matter what
amp you´re trying to compare it with or whatever musical style it is you´re playing.
But other than that...go with the advice of the last post:
Start at noon and then slightly turn the knobs until you´re happy!!! And you WILL be happy, I know

Channel 2, all pots noon except:
gain: 40%
presence: 60%
master: how much can you handle?
"+" position of course.
