Diezel VH4 Electric Buzz on first start up, is this normal?

My Diezel VH4 (2023 model) sometimes make an electric buzz on first start up in a day. It sounds like electricity flowing through the transformer. It typically lasts about a minute or so (1 minute 40 seconds on this video) and after that goes to a normal hum. The amp is working perfectly otherwise. Is this normal, would there be screws loose or anything? Thanks all.
