I am building up a Rack. I have never done this before and I am curious if this Furman (http://www.furmansound.com/product.php?div=01&id=M-8Dx) will be able to power my G Major 2, DTR-1 Tuner and my VH4? I can do that right? I just figure it will help to protect my VH4 from, mostly, what seems to be problematic outlets in my apartment (almost like they provide inconsistent power).

Eventually I may add a Cry Baby Rack wah.

Only a voltage regulator is going to stabilize different incoming power levels from circuits in your apt. Or anywhere. If you spend the extra loot for the voltage regulator you will haw consistent power.
But a regular Furman is like a glorified power strip. It's not going to manage your power the same way.
That totally makes sense. I kind of figured the furman only worked to power multiple units.

Someone a while ago told me that it did regulate voltage, but I was never concerned enough to research this. Thanks for all your help :)

Beautiful Les Paul by the way ;)

Furman makes voltage regulators. Check their website there is a separate section for them.

I'd just buy a cheap computer voltage regulator and then get a regular Furman Power Conditioner for EMI/RFI interference and power distribution to your rack. Save a LOT of money.

I have a similar question, if I may use a NOBREAK to connect my VH4.
What specifications should I look at purchase of NOBREAK?

Thanks

That sounds like a good plan! So, I could do this Power Conditioner:

Where do I go about finding a computer voltage regulator?
Any UPS - Uninterrupted Power Supply.

I just use a Furman 4x4. Just sayin'...

Are those furman voltage regulators exactly like a computer UPS? Because a UPS only goes on when voltage drops, I don't think the el-cheapo UPS does anything other than passing through the power when they aren't active; I somehow thought the furman _regulators_ would do more...? Magically cleanse the power and pass on fairy-pee-blessed goodness?
