Digitech RP360XP and an RP1000 Pitch To F# Tuning?

Hello all, wanting to know if either of these units has a pitch shifter that can pitch the guitar tuning to F# instead of using a Capo on the electric guitar for Bryan Adam's song "Run To You"?
