So good.. Ronnie really was special and so standout in this era. So damn powerful. Having a killer band doesn't hurt either.
Side note/observation, those drumheads with the clear dot really are the sound of that era. I love the sound of maple drums with those types of heads. They pop.

Viv was a Hungry beast on those first 2 tours - he tore it up both times I saw them for the first 2 releases.

This was Vivs last tour, by the time the tour hit Europe and the UK, he was gone. Replaced by Goldy during a break from the first US leg.
