Ok i dont want to sound like a bitch but, Ive been trying to communicate with Diezel as well as Salwender here in Los angeles for well over a month, all e mails to diezel no responce whatsoever. :thumbsdown: Salwender not responsive as well. :thumbsdown:
What is it when one purchases there dream amp and can get no support whatsoever.
Dont get me wrong i love my amp but shit >>>>>> at least respond to your customers.

Have you even called Salwender ? Tyler and Uwe always pick up the phone.
 
Ive called and spoke to Tyler several times and he always says he is swamped .
I totally understand hat they are busy but come on its been over a month and a half of trying to get answers. diezel never even responded to any of maybe 3 or 4 e mails
 
Just PM Peter here, he is always responsive.

Ive actually tried this and have never got any type of responce from peter himself. only from duesentrieb. :doh:
 
redfulcrum, I kinda had the same thing when I had some problems with my Diezel back then, tried to email Diezel via the email address that's stated on their website... never received an answer. But then I found this forum, stated my problem and promptly received a response from Peter. He then gave me his email address and phone number and using these I've always received prompt answers and in general an absolutely supreme customer service in every way.

So my points are 1. maybe the email they state on the website is false / not used anymore!? (given that you've used that one) and 2. maybe you should try to call them

Because, as is my experience, they really do their best to make their customers happy.


Actually, Peter or Duesentrieb, if you read this, could you maybe check the email address that's stated on the website?

In the 8+ years dealing with Peter and Uwe Salwender I have never been let down by their service.
I will say that the closer it gets to winter NAMM, the busier they get and it may tend to slow their response.
Keep the faith.
