Well today I traded my Hagen for a Herbert ...
Long story short, Herbert n me 7 yrs nothing could touch it.
I sold it n thought Hagen did it. Although Hagen is really a kick ass amp (1year w hagen)it's has a totally different feel than Herbert. Ask Rayneman we did the trade.
Anyway. I found myself tweaking the Hagen n trying to tighten it up like Herbert. Can't its diff design. Herbert has this super fantastic feel as you play it. Like super tight n creamy. Like notes fall off the fretboard.
Got it home plugged n dialed it up thru my Diezel RL v30xk100 cab
Within minutes it was all right back were I remember. The tone I hear in my head just like the first time I heard a Herbert almost 10 yrs ago.
Tnx for trade Tim
Tnx Peter Diezel for creating Herbert !
