34 on the tubes is probably the PC (Plate Current). My Bias King uses Ma. Not sure what the MV corresponds to. Is there a conversion chart on their website?

Yeah, if you're not quite sure how the bias unit works, you may want to hold off and making adjustments. You could mess the tubes ups or blow a fuse. Might want to consult a tech.
