Placed an order at lunchtime thursday, got home from baseball practice with my oldest son and they were on the doorstep. 2days!! That's amazing!

el34 winged C's for my vplexi. Oh man its sounds MAGICAL with the Weber greenies. Got the PPIMV up a bit, both volumes around 7 or so and slammed with an SD-1.

I have EH KT88's in my pro mod. They sound great, but I haven't tried other KT88's, so...

I have NOS GE 6550's in my super bass and they sound pretty sweet.

edit: but yeah, doug does rule

I cant wait.. That's gonna be my 'practice amp' when the agreements finished, the inks dried, an I'm flown out to Cali all expenses, and finally hired as the 'one and only' pickup tester at R Walker pickups... what a great gig, I'm sooo looking forward to my new job...
