I have a Fender Deluxe Reverb Reissue that I bought new last year. It's a basement queen.
In recent months, I'm noticing more noise from the amp in general (hum). I'm more concerned however with the increasing hiss when I turn up the reverb dial. So far I've tried the following with to no avail:
-Swapped in new tubes in V3 & V4
-Reversed the orientation of the reverb tank itself (RCA plugs now face toward back of amp)
The noise persisted even with the reverb tank unplugged. Is it time to call a tech? (I think I'm past warranty, and I've replaced the speaker)
