Duende Tube Updates?

Have a used 15W Combo Duende arriving today :rock: . Have read all the previous posts about people trying other tubes in this amp, but didn't see anything recent. Would love to know if people have found any NOS tubes they really like, especially in the newer version of the amp.

I think the first thing you *should* do is get a great NOS rectifier tube.

There's a dude on eBay selling NOS USA military 5AR4's, that are mislabeled.

A good NOS rectifier tube will provide proper voltage, and last a LONG long time. Worthwhile investment over the chinese tube that's in there.
