Dumb question; what flanger riff is this from?

Leon Todd did a Micro Flanger video a while back, and at 1m51s he starts a cool riff, that I know, but I don't remember where it's from.

Can anyone help?



In this OTHER flanger video, he does the same riff at 4m51s.


I'm sorta thinking it's something that Sammy Hagar may have done.... but I could be way off.

Funnily enough I was thinking about Sammy Hagar with Joe Bonamassa and ZZ Top as close 2nds...
To me, Pat Travers kinda sounds like a crosss of those.
