I mean, were these things broken?

I've played a couple that sounded so bad, it was unreal.

I mean, unique tones can be cool, but the wiggy is pretty much unusable.

Yeah, that was 1 wierd amp! If I remember right, they were pretty expensive too!

They actually sound ok, like the other Transtube amps released at that time...if you turn off the POST-EQ FUZZ CIRCUIT in them. What a terrible idea, and with that confusing front panel layout/labeling most people don't even realize that the amp has this built in. Using it without the fuzz active, it's actually not bad for rock sounds.

He sounded badass the other night at Zappa Plays Zappa. Course he was using Fuchs. :D

Jamie (the other guitarust) told me they did like 3 hours 40 in Austin. They did 3 hours here and that was exhausting. Great show, but I kinda missed Vai and Bozzio.
Ray White was a hoot when I met him after the show.
How many tunes did they do against the screen? They did 3 in Seattle.

They did three against the screen here in Austin as well.

Ray White was my favorite that night. Simply amazing.
