I read someone had used the metal back panel, (from their Egnater amp) to replace the front panel, on their egnater amp. It's pretty easy, took off the front wood panel (a couple of screws) I was able to pop out the Egnater logo (it's hot glued in). I just used a little silicone to attach it to the new metal front. The back metal panel fits almost perfect, you get about a 1/4" gap between it and the chassis. I added a piece of wood here. I think it looks good but, the main plus is, it runs cooler. Easily put back Stock

Congratulations. You've just voided your warranty.

 I guess there's one in every crowd. Unfortunately, as of late there seems to be plenty. Let me guess, you're one of the guys who switched out the tubes before you even played through the head right? There's got to be one of those Bud Light "Real Men of Genius" adds in here somewhere...priceless. But hey, to each his own right?

wow did I make you mad? or just a bad day? Thanks for the kind words, all the best

It's very easy to put back stk (6 screws and some hot glue) I'm still on the fence about the look? I know this lets the amp run cooler so, that alone makes it worth it for me. I gig with this amp and heat kills.

 It's funny (that it's working with the rear panel ) and it doesn't look bad at all .For those who like to see the tubes,it's great !Good job, btw.

Thanks, it's a little lighter too, without the wood front :)

In this case, that one in the crowd looks to be ... you. ;)

Nice look on the amp, I have no problems with it and if I did I'd just not really say anything, like most people with tact.

Thanks, I don't get the nasty part either

I'm sorry, why would that void your warranty? Pulling the back plate off of the amp shouldn't void your warranty! Especially since tubes are only warrantied for 60 days and the rest of the amp has a longer warranty period (3 years i think?) You have to be able to change out tubes so what is the diff with what he did?

Looks cool. Different.
