Eganter Renegade 1x12 Combo with 4x10 Extenstion

Has anyone ever used these 2 together before? I have the Renegade 1x12 Combo (not the head) and want to get something for more of a live setting and beefier tone. If i get the 4x10 extension, all you need to do is put the 1x12 on it, switch the ohms on the back and run a cable to the extension right? Anyone know if i will notice a big difference in sound?

Not sure if its worth it ...

Or if not, I am thinking about getting another 1x12 and hooking this up stereo with ping pong delays with the nova system through the effects loop to keep the egnater tone .. I know the 4x10 wont do this ... this is just my other option ... not sure which one to go with yet.

Well I'm very very new to this forum....Just today I finally got my 410X cab.
I guess the same follows every new cab.....the speakers must have to break in (I hope)
I played on 10's in the 1970's went back because I like running (2) heads in one cab..
So far kinda really disappointed in the Egnater cab......
My Peavey head sounds not too bad on the right side 10's but my Tweaker 40 sounds awful...
With both amps on it's not bad either but the Tweaker sounds flat....not lively at all
Sounds a lot better in my Avatar Cab with (2) WGS Retro 30's....
