Here is a pretty good representation of what the Egnater EG5 sounds like when I play it with my EBMM Morse. I’m happy with these tones for the situation. I tracked this in the process of writing a new tune today, but where the parts came to me out of order. The first section I tracked was the mixed meter verse beginning at :19 and it sounds a little darker than the rest for two reasons. I had another cab pummeling me in the control room, so it put more load on the power amp. Also, the presence and treble were too low. It actually sounds ok with the vocal that’s happening over the top.
I automated the doubled guitar off and on with each section so you can hear how they sound solo’d and doubled. By the way, the tune is called “Snuff Flick” and that might explain part of the pilot voice. I muted the rest of my vocals to spare you all.
