Hi there!
I'm working on an Egnater Tweaker 15 amp that isn't powering up and is blowing components in the power regulation portion of the circuit (specifically C26, R27, and C28) based on this schematic:
https://el34world.com/charts/Schematics/files/Egnater/Egnater_tweaker_15.pdf
With the power transformer connected to the circuit, it is measuring+307VDC as I trace the power regulation circuit (as expected).
However, when I disconnect the power transformer (PT) from the circuit, and measure the output of the PT itself -- the voltage is measuring -307 VDC between the red and black pins (instead of +307VDC
https://el34world.com/charts/Schematics/files/Egnater/Egnator_tweaker_15_pt_specs.pdf
This seems like the PT has failed but I haven't seen this failure before.
Anyone seen this problem/failure before? Or is this somehow expected?
TIA!
