Egnater Rebel30 Head & Reverb

I'm a new owner of the rebel 30 half-stack. Honestly I'm a bit disappointed with the intensity of the built in reverb. Although both reverb pots are fully open I only get a very limited reverb -effect.
Is that normal? After checking all those youtube-videos I got the impression that the reverb-effect of the amp must be very strong and filling the room. Maybe there is a reverb-valve (if there is one?) not working properly?
Any help is highly appreciated.

Your verb is busted. Should be able to get plenty of verb (which Sounds good too)
