Does anyone know when these may be hitting GC? I have heard May and then I have heard June or July.

Yes, I heard that 2 days ago. OK with me!! I would have a problem with it if it didn't have the switch to knock it down to 18 watts. Without this feature I likely wouldn't buy this amp. I like being able to knock the power down for smaller gigs.
