Should be a GE#47 6.3 volt pilot light bulb. Places like radio shack might have them. If not check out pilot lights at http://www.mojomusicalsupply.com/products.asp?id=44997 and they have them for 7 dollars and some change. You can also order different colored jewels from this page as well.
The way you change the bulb is unscrew the colored jewel counter clockwise until it is totally unscrewed from the socket. Now push in slightly on the bulb and turn it a 1/4 of a turn counter clockwise and the bulb will pop right out. Put the new one in push in against the spring terminal and turn it a 1/4 turn clockwise to seat it and screw the jewel back onto the socket and your done.
It is a little tricky getting it locked back in that 1/4 turn because there isn't much bulb sticking out but you will eventually get it.
