Egnater website updates

I was on the page earlier and saw the new "news & updates" section stating this:

"So, we have so much going on at Egnater right now, we thought it would be appropriate to set up a news page for updates. Between the Tourmaster, The Rebel, The ********, The **, The *********, The Amp Building Seminars, and the possibility of us actually building a new **** ***, there’s just too much to share."

Thought it might be fun to decipher what the * means. I think I have two. The Renegade and the E2. Anyone have any clues on the other two? :)

I was hoping power amp for the last one, but one letter short... :gethim:
 
That would have been my guess too. Maybe they just miscounted the right number of *'s.
 
Honestly,these guys need to stop!!!I am seriously running out of room in my play room/garage :lol: :LOL: :rock: Keep em' comin!!!
 
The first two are clearly Renegage and E2. The third is a mystery and I think the last one is supposed to be "power amp" but maybe they forgot one "*" ?
 
I saw another thread on HRI .that there will be a new Mystery amp at the :LA show this weekend ..perhaps the Renegade

Bruce and Jeff discussed it in a Premier Guitar interview a while back. In that interview it was discussed as being a two chan. amp with a few never before seen features. Don't ask me for details, as I don't really know. Just google it!
 
Maybe we will all know by the end of the weekend if thats the one that Jeff is eluding to
 
Well, from what I've read, I'm going to guess (and this is only a guess) and say that it's a 50W 2-Channel version of the Rebel. I'm also going to guess and say that the "never before seen features" will be the Rebel-esque Variable Wattage Control and Tube Mix control. ;)
 
I think you may be right with the 50w 2 channel .the power scaling possibly .
Tube mix is doubtful .it is a lot harder to morph 6l6 and 34's /plus the el34s of late are just not very reliable and not stock in any of the current line up .

Renegade I hope is more a Really great clean Deluxe a la tourmaster ,but a little hotter od channel .more in vein of EG5 as oppossed to the darker vibe of the TM which I dig .
But I would prefer a tighter, slightly hotter drive channel with more upper mid bark

They are still working on a CO2 module are they not ?
