I'm having a problem with my Eienstein Combo (Squealing/Microphonic). I spoke with the guys at Diezel in CA (Uwe) and they sent me 2 Caps to replace but this didn't fix the squealing issue. I also tryed at least 10 different preamp tubes with no luck, different guitars to make sure it wasn't a pickup issue, also tryed an extension cab but still the squealing.. I finally sent it to Diezels Amp Lab in CA to Mike and that's where it is now. Anyone else had this problem? If so what was the solution to get it fixed? Thanks

Just got my Einstein back from Diezel. Works great. I think the problem was a ground issue with my Bridge Pickup (not the amp). The ground lug on my PRS's 5 way switch was bad probably causing the microphonic issue. The guys at Diezel in CA and also Peter were great. You couldn't asked for better service. I will never forget that. Thanks to everyone in the CA Store and Mike at the Amp Lab . Also thank you Peter also for making the best amp made.

Muahahha.....I had the same problem with the 100w head. But, much thanks to both Peter Diezel and Peter Stapfer I am now once again PROUD as hell to have mine working Properly.

You should have an amazing sounding amp soon. And sonically it will"burn your face off"

I Cant explain the entire remedy to my problem as it took a little time to solve and some obvious communication issues being on two different sides of the world, but both Peter and Peter took and stood by what they stand for . AMAZING TONE and Customer Service!!!

I thank them very much for making such an amazing amp and helping out customers when they have questions or need remedies.

That's great. Yes the guys at Diezel definitely have the best customer service I have ever encounted with a company. My amp needed 3 caps replaced because there were a batch of faulty caps that got into some of the amps from what I have read. Also a couple of the pre-amp tubes were microphonic. They took care of it and now it's right. I can't believe the customer service I got from Peter, all the guys in the CA location, and Mike at the Amp Lab. Thanks to you all.
