Einstein 50 effects loop problem

Went on a regional run (first with the Einstein) and everything was great in rehearsals and first show. Second show and I have really faint sound when using 4 cable method. I thought at first it was a short in my cable or issue with my cab possibly. I ran straight into front of amp with no effects and it had normal output. Then I ran my pedalboard straight into front of amp and it sounded normal as well. Tried connecting effects loop again and same issue occurred as before.....barely any output at all. I adjusted my HX Effects reverb and delay to work through front of amp with gain and just went with it for the rest of the run. Got home this weekend and tested all of my instrument cables by themselves through the amp and with cable tester....they all work fine. I tried both the series loop and parallel loop and same issue is happening. I have contacted a couple of east coast US Diezel dealers to see if they can take a look at the amp (I am in South Carolina so going to have to ship it). I don't have a local amp tech I trust with this amp. It may be a tube issue but not sure if the Einstein is a tube buffered effects loop or not? I never use the parallel loop and only use the series loop (I have a pedalboard rig and a rack rig I use separate....rack rig has a mixer that splits effects parallel). I have considered skipping the loop all together and using one of the speaker outs with a Suhr Line out pedal and running wet/dry that way but would like to get the loop fixed to run the amp mono for local gigs. Any help/info/advice here would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Most common issue for years old instrument are a bit of oxidation on jacks, contact cleaner and some plug - unplug should do the trick.
Another issue may be the loop tube that needs to be replaced.
Thank you,
Leo

right on, thanks! I’ll try contact cleaner first before going the tube route.

what is the email for service department at Diezel? I used contact us form on the website and it’s been over a week with no response.

Still not sure but from time to times some email (yahoo and outlook usually) didn't get to destination.

Please try leonardo@diezelamplification.com
