Einstein 50 watt Problem - HELP!!

I posted here a couple of days ago and Peter responded. My Einstein is making a terrible noise. Peter suggested I have the 3 filter caps changed out. That has been done. Every tube has also been replaced and the head is still doing the exact same thing. I recorded a wv so you can hear what kind of noise it is making. http://www.sladestudios.com/diezel-blowup.wav

Sorry Slade, cannot open the file with media player.
Which software should I use ?

the file is a wav file...it should play in the windows media player. I am located in Houston, TX.
